AD Design is a premium signage studio celebrated across Dublin for creating beautifully crafted, architectural-quality signage—from lightboxes and 3D lettering to wayfinding systems and digital printed vinyl wall graphics. Role Overview:

• Assist with installation of signage on-site, both indoor and outdoor (e.g., built-up letters, lightboxes, murals)
• Support preparation and finishing of signage within the workshop
• Learn and apply installation techniques under guidance from senior fitters
• Handle tools and materials with care and attention to detail
• Contribute to sustaining AD Design’s high-quality finish and brand reputation

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 2 years of sign fitting or less if you feel you have the attributes.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and ready to learn
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; workshop and site environments
• Positive, collaborative attitude and good communication skills
• Eagerness to transition into a more experience Sign fitter

Salary is depending on experience, were open to hear from all levels of experience that feel they can add to our excellent existing fitters.
