PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to accurately interpret briefs and a strong understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to contribute as part of a large team.
• Proficient in vinyl application on a variety of surfaces, including vehicles.
• IPAF and PASMA certification desirable.
• CSCS card required.
• Experience with safe working at heights.
• Safe manual handling of materials, fixtures, and fittings.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Sign Installer/Fitter to join our busy workshop team in Glasgow. This hands-on role involves the assembly, and installation of a wide range of signage, working closely with our design and production teams to deliver bespoke signs that meet quality standards and client expectations. The role includes occasional travel across the UK for on-site installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble signage from materials including vinyl, acrylic, aluminium, foamex, dibond, wood, and PVC.
• Accurately interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Apply vinyl graphics to various substrates, including vehicles.
• Assist with on-site installation of signage across the UK (fascia signs, post signs, internal displays).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Assist with stock management and quality control, reporting any material wastage.
