Requirements Must-Haves: Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Preferred (But Not Required): Prior sign installation or construction experience

Responsibilities

As a Sign Install Helper, you will assist the installation team with daily setup and support the Lead Installer in mounting and securing signs. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed and anticipate team needs for efficient installations.
