We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Communicate with clients (via phone and email) in obtaining artwork/logos and changes in designs. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Researching and interpreting sign criteria rules when designing proposals (on occasion).
Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Multitask)
- Proficient in requirements management techniques and tools
Required: CorelDraw, Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate fully in English (excellent oral and written communication skills a plus). 1-3 years of minimum experience in SIGN project management or production related fields would apply well to this job. Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
Location: Dallas, TX
Working Hours: Mon-Fri. 7:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
