Position Overview As a Customer Experience Coordinator, the key focus of this role is to provide superior customer service and outstanding project communication. This role plays a vital part in the post-sale customer experience, ensuring seamless communication, timely scheduling, and project completion with excellence. You’ll be the single point of contact for customers, guiding them through every step of their installation journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Schedule and confirm technical measurements and installation appointments with accuracy and professionalism Send welcome communications including FAQs and pre-installation checklists to set expectations Manage project close-out calls, collect feedback, and release customer satisfaction surveys Oversee final payment collection, financing coordination, and revenue recognition in rForce Collaborate with the Service Department on joint install/service visits and special project timelines Monitor and support Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance to ensure high customer satisfaction Participate in team meetings, marketing events, and contribute to a positive, goal-driven work environment Why Choose Renewal by Andersen?
