REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role e.g. signage, print, exhibitions, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing signage or display projects.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Good understanding of signage production processes and materials.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and site plans.
  • Proficient in general computer skills
  • Full driving license

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or CAD software.
  • Qualifications or knowledge of site safety.
  • Familiarity with wide-format printing, LED signage, vehicle graphics, or way finding systems.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and expectations, and translate them into actionable project briefs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: quoting, production, installation, and aftercare.
  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Track project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Signage Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance on materials, production processes, and installation methods.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings, site plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with planning permissions, health & safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
  • Quoting & Financials:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices where necessary.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct site surveys and post-installation inspections as needed.
