OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships with clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing territory assignments, and ensuring the team meets its goals.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the signage, printing, or construction industry.
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Basic understanding of signage types, materials, and installation processes (training can be provided).
  • Willingness to travel locally and visit client sites regularly.
  • Team player who can collaborate with design and production departments effectively.

    Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek new business opportunities by visiting potential clients (door-to-door and lead-based outreach).
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to understand their signage needs and offer solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat and referral business.
  • Target and approach franchise businesses to become signage partners for all their upcoming locations.
  • Conduct on-site checks to gather accurate measurements, photos, and job details.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams (design, production, and installation).
  • Ensure smooth communication and transfer of site/client details to internal departments.
  • Assist and support the installation team on-site when required.
