Valiant is looking for a Signature Reduction Technician to join our team! In this role you will coordinate with supported DoD and Non-DoD Agencies to formulate and implement effective strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive research and operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Directly support DoD Training and Educational Programs. * Conduct quality control/assurance activities in support of the DoD Training Mission. * Conduct due diligence activities and formalize due diligence investigative findings. * Produce Signature Reduction Plans. * Identify Signature Reduction Requirements. * Allocate Signature Reduction Resources. * Analyze Signature Reduction Regulations and Policies. * Refine Signature Reduction TTP’s. * Draft, coordinate and publish Signature Reduction Standard Operating Procedures/Desk Top Practices. * Brief Pre-Mission and Post-Mission findings. * Aid in determining operational validity and review of subordinate element Signature Reduction Plans. * Responsible for safeguarding all Government property and classified documents provided for use. At the close of each work period, shall secure Government equipment and classified materials entrusted to you, and act appropriately to preserve and prevent damage or loss to equipment and materials when necessary. * Travel to CONUS locations in support of MTTs as required by the company and/or the customer. * Other duties as requested directed or assigned. Qualifications CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Graduate of the Basic Joint Operational Support Technicians Course and the Advanced Joint Operational Support Technicians Course, or equivalent. • 5+ years of related experience • Able to use Windows based operating systems, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. • Prepare and use multi-media products in support of platform instruction. • Must be able to read, write and understand English, and shall speak clearly to instruct, evaluate and counsel trainees in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
