The Signature Success Plans Sales team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and providing technical expertise through the sales cycle. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a Signature Success Solution Engineer (SE), supporting the Salesforce License and Signature Success plans sales teams as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them understand how the Signature Success Plan can address their most pressing integration and automation challenges while aligning to business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing offerings, Signature Success Plans, which deliver Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized customer success experience. This sales role holds you accountable for influencing Signature Success targets, revenue growth, and other key objectives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solution engineering, consulting, or a related technical role.
  • Strong technical background in integration, APIs, middleware, microservices, and/or enterprise application architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to design and articulate solution architectures that address both technical and business needs.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the values & behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, build value-driven solution strategies, and support deal execution.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts that highlight the Signature Success Plans differentiation.
  • Translate complex business and technology challenges into clear solution architectures leveraging the Signature Success Plan offering.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements that align with their digital transformation goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including architects, developers, and executives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success to ensure customer needs are represented and delivered.
  • Continuously develop expertise in MuleSoft, Salesforce, and the broader integration and automation ecosystem.
