Conduct research and gather information related to Samudera's history. 2. Manage, categorize, and organize historical documents into a structured company timeline. 3. Coordinate with representatives to collect Samudera's historical documents and artifacts. 4. Perform documentation and digital archiving, including scanning, photography, and database input. 5. Handle administrative tasks such as managing incoming/outgoing letters and supporting petty cash recording. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, or other related fields. 0–1 year of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good documentation and archiving skills, including organizing physical and digital records. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools for scanning and file management. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
