Manage corporate documents, including reports, meeting minutes, deeds, and other corporate records. 2. Support the organization of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Commissioners/Directors/Committee meetings, including preparation of materials, invitations, and minutes. 3. Assist in preparing and submitting regular and incidental reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and other regulators in accordance with applicable regulations. 4. Assist in managing effective communication and correspondence with shareholders, regulators, and both internal and external stakeholders. 5. Perform other administrative duties related to the Corporate Secretary function. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Strong communication and correspondence skills.
