Manage the end-to-end administrative process for all training programs, including scheduling, updating, and maintaining the training calendar. 2. Support the selection process of external vendors and facilitators, and act as the primary contact for communication, scheduling, and logistical coordination. 3. Arrange and ensure all logistical requirements for training sessions are met, including venue booking, training materials, equipment, and catering. 4. Manage all communications with participants, from sending invitations and confirmations to addressing inquiries and providing necessary pre-training information. 5. Provide technical and non-technical support during live training sessions to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all participants and facilitators. 6. Accurately track and document participant attendance, and collect and compile training feedback for reporting and program improvement purposes. 7. Assist in processing training-related financial documents, such as purchase orders, vendor invoices, and facilitator payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and facilitators.
