Job Description 1、部门负责人，管理岗，直接管5人，并管理20人的外围工程师团队； 2、负责装修辅材在家装渠道的技术服务管理工作，主要涉及防水、瓷砖胶、美缝剂、密封胶、腻子、砂浆等产品，包括家装公司培训、服务商培训、技术推广、产品外测、客诉处理等工作管理； 3、负责部门的日常管理，推动与销售团队的充分沟通和协同，满足技术服务需求； 4、负责产品和工艺调研，并推动新产品、新应用、新解决方案在客户端的落地； 5、负责外围技术工程师的选、用、育、留等各项管理和培训工作，打造团队文化，并持续推动平台化和标准化； 6、负责推动服务商的施工交付业务，并组织技术培训、技术交流、工人管理、峰会等活动； 7、协助技术总监，统筹全国性项目和日常管理。 Qualifications 1、化学、化工、材料等相关专业，本科学历，有良好的英语能力，35岁以下； 2、5年以上相关行业工作经验，涂料、砂浆、防水等行业； 3、有管理经验，带过团队； 4、责任心强，能承压，具备良好的学习及沟通协调能力； 5、表达能力强，反应敏捷，熟练使用办公软件。
