Job Description 1、人员和团队的管理：领导QC团队，进行质量管理，提高员工质量意识； 2、负责建立并执行实验室检测制度和流程，确保出厂产品合格； 3、从原材料到包装的整个工艺过程，组织取样和测试安排，并做好相关可追溯记录； 4、提供改善产品质量的建议，包括优化配方，工业化测试，原材料供应； 5、处理客户投诉； 6、质量管理体系文件的管理； 7、检验工厂内计量设备； 8、新产品的调试协调工作。 Qualifications 1、大专以上学历，硅酸盐专业(水泥专业)，化工相关专业优先； 2、良好的英文听说读写能力。良好的汉语口头表达和写作能力； 3、质量管理知识和能力，带领团队的能力； 4、沟通能力协调能力强，工作主动性强。
