Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are interested in hearing from transaction management lawyers who are keen to support a Simmons client. This is expected to begin in January 2026, on a full-time hybrid working model, with an initial term of 6-months. The consultant will be involved in all aspects of the documentation process for corporate loan transactions. Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer with strong transaction management experience. You have experience in running and leading on multiple loan processes and commercial negotiations. You have experience in banking law and an understanding of the UK corporate lending market. You have strong knowledge of LMA UK’s loan documentation and the syndicated loans market more general You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
