• Provide day-to-day support for Micros/Simphony POS systems, including configuration and issue resolution.
• Maintain and configure EMC (Enterprise Management Console) data for POS environments.
• Troubleshoot POS hardware and software issues across multiple locations.
• Support and maintain Inventory Management Configuration data to ensure accurate integration with Crunchtime Inventory System.
• Work closely with operations, IT, and vendor teams to implement POS and inventory system updates or enhancements.
• Assist in onboarding new sites, setting up menus, taxes, pricing, and workflows in POS and inventory systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across POS and inventory platforms.
• Document configuration changes, SOPs, and support runbooks for knowledge management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Micros/Simphony POS systems.
• Proficiency in EMC configuration and data setup for POS environments.
• Experience supporting or configuring Crunchtime Inventory System (or a similar restaurant inventory platform).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to POS and inventory tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in hospitality, retail, or food service environments is highly preferred.
