Welcome to Bosch! Job Description We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you'll play a critical part in our product development lifecycle, leveraging advanced simulation techniques to design, validate, and optimize innovative solutions. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform complex engineering challenges into actionable insights through rigorous modeling and analysis. Perform numerical simulations in CAE software to ensure thermal and mechanical reliability in a wide variety of products using FEA and/or CFD theory. Perform detailed finite element analysis (FEA) ith the Housing Simulation Team at VM-ST parthner Perform Rack Sim report with the Housing Simulation Team at VM-ST parthner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven hands-on experience with structural simulation software "Ansys" Demonstrated experience with at least one year with Ansys software Strong foundation in solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and system dynamics Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail Proficiency in CAD software and data visualization tools to support simulation workflows Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Organized approach to project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred: Experience in automotive, hydraulic, or mechatronic system simulation Preferred: Familiarity with version control systems and technical documentation practices Additional Information Applicable vacancy for referral program Legal Entity: Robert Bosch Mexico S.A. de C.V.- BGSW
