JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Simulation Engineer specializing in thermal and structural (FEA) sciences. In this global role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance existing simulation capabilities and develop new models for thermodynamic and structural analyses. You will also play a key role in advancing our design digitalization strategy.
As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of mechanical engineers, reviewing their work, and ensuring high-quality simulation outcomes. Your expertise will drive innovation and accuracy in our product development processes. #LI-ML2

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
