In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting simulation workflows by curating data, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and driving process improvements that enhance both quality and efficiency. You’ll be at the intersection of data operations and simulation technology, ensuring that the systems behind advanced mobility solutions run smoothly and reliably. We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in data operations or technical workflows who thrives on problem-solving, improving processes, and working with cutting-edge simulation tools. What You’ll Do Curate & Validate Data: Prepare and quality-check data for simulation evaluations, identifying requirements gaps and collaborating with stakeholders to close them. Become a Pipeline Expert: Gain deep expertise in our simulation pipeline so you can quickly triage and resolve issues. Analyze & Document: Support data analysis and create supplemental documentation that strengthens workflows and knowledge sharing. Improve Processes: Spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and advocate for improvements that reduce manual effort and boost quality. Ensure System Integrity: Monitor performance, flag inconsistencies, and track improvements to maintain reliability and scalability. Who You Are 2–3 years of experience in data entry, annotation, labeling, QA/QC, or technical operations. Familiarity with simulation software, mapping tools, or other 3D applications. Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to own process quality and continuously improve workflows. Comfortable using Slack, GSuite, and Jira for collaboration and tracking. Experience in Auto or Tech industries, particularly with simulation, is a strong plus. No degree required — we value experience, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Hybrid $58 - $65 per hour 9-6 Monday -Friday but there is flexibility on the hours worked daily. Onsite days are Tues-Thursday
