We are hiring Simulink Developer (Mid Sr Level/ Tech Lead) for the position based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or similar field.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly skilled Simulink Developer will contribute to the development of embedded software using model-based design practices and play a key role in shaping the next generation of automotive software systems .

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCES:

• 5+ years of strong expertise in Simulink, State flow, and Embedded Coder.
• Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR (SW-Cs, RTE, code generation).
• Experience with Vector DaVinci, EB tresos, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 in model-based development.
• Experience developing custom Simulink libraries and S-Functions.
• Model optimization skills for speed, memory, and multicore environments.
• Proficiency in using Git and Agile workflows.
• Knowledge of requirements tools like DOORS or Polarion.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
