QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in supply chain operations or planning, with a strong preference for candidates from the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory planning methodologies, supply balancing techniques, and proficiency in SCM systems (SAP, Kinaxis).
  • Demonstrated capability in independently managing complex supply chain issues and orchestrating cross-functional resolution strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, extensive business acumen, superior stakeholder management skills, and adept problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Exemplary communication skills and a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Assistant Manager – Control Tower Execution & Report – Asia Region supports the SCM Asia Control Tower team in managing supply operations, inventory oversight, and KPI reporting. This role focuses on executing operational tasks, monitoring supply constraints, supporting escalation processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy across the region.
The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, QA/RA) to ensure timely product delivery, assist in preparing monthly reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. While not leading regional initiatives independently, the role will actively support their execution and provide analytical insights to drive operational excellence.
