Description
Oversee all aspects of Supply Chain processes within Make Integration, ensuring seamless end to end integrations with optimum cost, high degrees of automation, robustness, flexibility and optimizing human involvement to decision-makers for Process Sustaining related activities. To work closely with process owner to formulate and communicate a clear target-process for each Level 3&4 process. Support to evaluate and perform analysis to identify process gaps. Ensure proper documentation and information is always up to date. Support and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth methodology and process implementation are being utilized effectively. Support and contribute to the success of Make Innovation projects. Collaborate with business, and technical experts to identify opportunities for improvement across business lines and related operations. Support exploration and research on technology and define new process improvement to meet the needs of Infineon Automation, Digitalization and AI strategy. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/ Industrial Engineering/ Engineering Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Good understanding of supply chain process and/or manufacturing in semiconductor industry Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks Knowledge in data visualization software solutions such as Tableau, datamining and programing will be an added advantage.
