REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong grasp of the Singapore math curriculum, capable of guiding students through advanced assessments and exam preparation.
• Proficiency in English, enabling clear communication with a diverse student base.
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, with the skill to break down complex topics into understandable concepts.
• Educational background in Mathematics or a closely related field, holding at minimum a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Passionate about supporting high school students, demonstrating patience and genuine care for their academic and personal growth.
• Effective classroom management abilities, ensuring both small group and one-on-one lessons are organized and productive.
• Flexible and adaptable, open to new teaching tools, evolving academic standards, and varied instructional approaches.
• Collaborative mindset, eager to work alongside fellow educators and assist with additional teaching tasks as needed.
• Prior experience teaching high school Math and Science subjects is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering meaningful engagement with students, parents, and colleagues.

Work Location: In perso

• Deliver small group and one-on-one instruction to Grade 1-8 students using Singapore math curriculum.
• Design and implement personalized lesson plans that reflect each student’s academic level, learning style, and specific goals.
• Clearly explain complex topics across a range of subjects, including algebra, calculus, mechanics, thermodynamics, chemical reactions, and biological systems.
• Prepare students for a variety of assessments, including school exams, standardized tests, and advanced subject-specific evaluations.
• Apply interactive and student-centered teaching techniques to build strong problem-solving skills and deepen conceptual understanding.
• Offer timely, constructive feedback and ongoing academic guidance to support student progress.
• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and academic success.
