Job Summary As a key member of the Singapore SCO Office, you will coordinate and execute a wide range of strategic activities, supporting the SCO in optimizing country performance. This role offers exposure to senior management, government officials, and cross-LOB teams, providing a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes and drive operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Support the Singapore SCO in defining, implementing, and driving franchise-wide projects and initiatives Facilitate information flow between LOBs and functions to enhance business collaboration Lead data-driven analysis, conduct deep dives, and prepare reporting to support decision-making Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams and the regional CEO Office to oversee logistics for cross-LOB events Partner with stakeholders to manage senior visitors and client engagements Prepare briefing materials and meeting decks for senior presentations and management meetings Coordinate with MAS and PMO for senior visitor meetings with government officials Manage JP Morgan International Council matters involving Senior Minister Lee Ensure effective governance and documentation for country-wide initiatives, including sponsorships and industry association memberships Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and seamless execution Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines Minimum of 6 years’ experience within the financial services industry Superior judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Strong business acumen and advanced analytical skills Attention to detail, timeliness, and effectiveness under pressure Experience preparing materials for senior management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive team player who takes ownership and drives issues to resolution Highly articulate in written and verbal business communication Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience working with senior government officials or regulatory bodies Prior exposure to cross-LOB or cross-functional projects Event management experience Familiarity with governance and compliance processes Experience in Singapore or regional financial services J.P.
