QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in single-family residential construction.
• Strong customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
