What you’ll do: Position Overview: The primary function of this position is to develop, consolidate, and maintain the tracking and reporting of critical Supply Chain metrics related to inventory, purchasing and scheduling and production order management. This position will assume full ownership of the analytical processes within the department and will drive improvements within the supply chain. This position will also report out on metrics that will be used to improve decision making and further optimize prioritizations within the Supply Chain team leading to the improved allocation of resources Develop, track and report out on key supply chain metrics • Develop, track and report out on key supply chain metrics • Support conversion of unconstrained demand plan into a feasible production schedule that is validated against capacities. • Ability to leverage strong MS Excel/Power BI skills to highlight areas of focus that will drive process improvements. Ensure that material and capacity are planned correctly, researching present and potential material shortages and incorporating corrective actions. • Assist in identifying gaps in the supply and production plans as compared to forecast and work with teams to mitigate gaps. • Assist with creation and improvement of current SIOP tools to align with IBP processes. • Focus on production or logistics to support supply plan and Premium Freight analysis • Weekly and Monthly reporting of company supply chain metrics via various SIOP tools. #LI-DG2 Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced capabilities in Power BI and Excel Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or sourcing Preferred Qualifications: • SAP and MRP Monitor experience • APICS CPIM certification Skills: Position Criteria: • Strategic thinker who possesses outstanding judgment and organizational skills • Proven interpersonal communication and teamwork skills • Proactive individual driven to continuously improve processes
