Description

A fast-growing international manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory.
You’ll drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, optimising stock levels and ensuring product availability as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve the monthly SIOP cycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Balance supply planning with production capacity and inventory targets
  • Drive inventory optimisation and service level improvements
  • Produce KPIs, dashboards, and planning reports
  • Lead SIOP meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

The successful SIOP Lead will: -

  • Proven SIOP/S&OP or supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
  • ERP/MRP system knowledge
