Insight Global is looking for a SIOP Manager to join a leading Aerospace company. This is a permanent role, located 5 days onsite, Calgary, AB. Relocation package will be provided for candidates relocating from out of province. The SIOP Manager will lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory strategies. The SIOP Manager will oversee a team of Master Schedulers, Demand Planners, and Capacity Planners, ensuring effective collaboration to optimize resources, achieve production targets, and maintain service levels. This role is both strategic and tactical.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably managing SIOP, planning, or scheduling teams
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning and capacity planning
• Experience in production planning, SIOP implementation

• Own and lead the monthly SIOP process, facilitating alignment across sales, supply chain, finance, and production functions
• Manage and develop a high-performing planning team, including demand, capacity, and master scheduling personnel
• Conduct emergency SIOP cadence as needed to handle sudden changes in demand or supply, mitigating risk and supporting delivery performance
• Oversee the creation and execution of master production schedules based on forecasted demand and resource availability
• Ensure accurate and timely capacity planning and constraint analysis to support operational goals.
• Monitor and communicate performance using dashboards and BI-driven operational scorecards
• Partner with stakeholders to align demand forecasts with supply strategies
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts between demand and supply while balancing customer service, cost, and inventory
