QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a lead agent or senior real estate agent, preferably in the Sioux City market
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Iowa
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of agents effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close leads independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards
