Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As SIPP Operations Associate, you’ll play a key supporting role within our Investment Operations team. Working closely with the SIPP Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver the day-to-day operational processes that support our SIPP customers and ensure smooth coordination with our external SIPP administrator.
This is a hands-on, varied role that offers exposure to the operational and regulatory aspects of pensions, along with opportunities to work cross-functionally across Product, Client Experience, and Compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the processing of SIPP operational tasks including transfers in/out, drawdown requests and contribution tax reclaims.
  • Liaise with our external SIPP administrator to ensure timely and accurate execution of pension-related processes.
  • Respond to SIPP queries escalated from our Client Services team.
  • Assist with reconciliations, data quality checks and exception reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Help document and refine internal procedures and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the wider Investment Operations team and other departments to improve client experience and process efficiency.
