Job Overview
Job Description: We are recruiting for a Production Operative at our manufacturing facility in Lichfield, who will have responsibility for working in a team to produce Structural Insulated Panels. Processing panels using saws and spindle moulders.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, proactive and ready for a key role in an expanding company that offers opportunities for progression and training.

• Ability to operate a variety of handheld power tools and static machines
• Competent in the safe manual handling of materials
• Ability to work to construction drawings and accurate measurements
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Experienced in working effectively to deadlines
• Capable of adhering strictly to health and safety measures
  As part of this important role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake general housekeeping duties to a high standard, alongside maintenance inspections, reporting faults to the Workshop Supervisor and carrying out quality control checks.
