The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of human capital within an organization. The HR Business Partner ensures the alignment of HR policies and practices with the organization’s strategic goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications such as AIPD are advantageous.
  • Substantial experience in HR roles with progressive responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, conflict resolution, and compliance.
  • Ability to lead HR teams and guide senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for policy creation, training, and employee interaction.
  • Strong ability to address workforce challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Skilled in building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Italian and English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Foster leadership development and career growth through mentorship and structured development plans.
  • Monitor compliance with required certifications or industry-specific training.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
  • Align performance metrics with organizational goals and individual development plans.
  • Act as a mediator for resolving workplace conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
  • Promote employee engagement through surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee grievances in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Maintain accurate records related to employment contracts, payroll, and workplace policies.
  • Stay updated on changes to employment law and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
