ALS Coal, based at Gladstone, is seeking a proactive and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this role offers excellent career development opportunities. This is a Monday to Friday role - school hours - 27.5 hours per week, permanent part-time. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry into Pronto accounting software. Invoicing and supporting End of Month reconciliation processes. Performing general administration tasks, including filing. Assisting with Human Resources tasks, including onboarding new starters. Operating autonomously with a focus on time management and attention to detail. General Administration as required The Essentials: Previous accounts experience. Can do attitude, ability to work in a team. Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Pronto accounting software is an advantage but not essential.
