Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator/Clerk with previous experience in the construction industry (but not necessary) for our client in Dublin 12 .
The Site Clerk will manage the day to day running of our site operations and further assist the site management team in their duties. This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and motivated individual. Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Required Skills
  • Min. 3 years experience in office administration
  • Strong IT Skills – MS One Drive, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward
  • Detail orientated
  • Work on own initiative, and also as part of a team
  • Efficient, resourceful with an ability to multitask
  • Good time management
  • Confident friendly and professional telephone manner
  • High literacy levels, fluency in written and spoken English
    To apply you will need previous experience in administration, construction industry an advantage but not essential, and third level qualifications are desirable. This role involves commercial service support, site support, and Sub-Contractors Document Control, scheduling amongst other areas. Office based Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm. (some flexibility around start and finish times).

    Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the site manager with day to day activities and Administrative Duties
  • Daily diary Upkeep
  • Drawing control and Drawing Register maintenance
  • Assisting Health and Safety Department on tasks
  • Ensuring Site Housekeeping is up to standard
  • Scheduling meetings and acting as minute taker
  • Booking new starters into induction
  • Other duties as assigned by Site Manager
