MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION ADMIN EXPERIENCE

Our client is looking for a site clerk to join their team on a retail project in North Dublin. This role will include updating sharepoint and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the construction site team and project managers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications for the site team.
  • Assist in procurement processes, budget tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
