Description
This position also requires an understanding of data analytics, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the organization to drive informed decision-making. This position oversees $500K in expense spending and $1M in capital spending. The person in this role will interface with all levels of the organization, from manufacturing employees to business presidents. In this function you will: Oversee financial operations, including timely and accurate processing of Markview and site expenses, p-card expense reporting, capital spending for Avery Creek, and site supply orders. Manage key information systems, including leadership dashboards, PMO order forecasting (>$5M) and Champs quotes database. Support Avery Creek site engagement and resource group related activities (i.e. coordinate wellness events, manage activity logistics, to quarterly meetings, iERG and community events, staff meetings, and employee roundtables.,etc) Coordination of site meetings and activities with facilities, security, IT, and catering, as needed. Maintain timely and accurate contact charts, Outlook distribution lists, public folders, and meeting room access. Supervise and maintain in optimal conditions the site's conference rooms and hoteling offices, including but not limited to its electronic equipment, Multimedia, overhead projector, TV's, etc) Coordinate and/or develop presentations to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually, including those outside direct areas of responsibility. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all building staff and cross functional stakeholders Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years in customer support roles Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC Knowledge of Sales Operations tools, systems, and processes Ability to learn product as needed. Experience using Microsoft Suite.
