Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Times Property Management is looking for Site Administrators for various residential condominiums located in York Region and the Greater Toronto Area. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a Property Administrator in a condominium. The Site Administrator will provide reception duties to clients/tenants, administrative support, clerical duty and assistance to the Property Manager to ensure the overall good standing of the assigned property. The Site Administrator supports the Property Manager by completing assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and effective manner.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1+ years in property management or related field
  • Maintaining site documents, filing, data entry/word processing, and third party correspondence
  • Experience in accounting administration an asset (accounts payable / receivable, maintaining accounting files)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with clients/tenants/members both in person and via mail / email and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills is mandatory for the position.
  • High level of enthusiasm with a passion for customer service
