REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced Computer Skills: Confident in using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • Previous Experience: Front office and accommodation booking experience preferred.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
  • Independence: Comfortable working alone and taking initiative.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Reliable Transport: Must have a personal vehicle to commute to and from site.
  • Training & Onboarding: Basic training provided; however, a quick learner with initiative is essential.
  • Interview Requirement: Final candidates will be interviewed by the Site Manager.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front Office Operations: Manage daily reception duties including check-ins for up to 100 residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Accommodation Bookings: Coordinate and manage room allocations and bookings in line with client requirements.
  • Client & Resident Support: Act as the first point of contact for resident queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using advanced computer systems and software.
