About the role:
Lendlease have a long-term opportunity now available to join and support or a high-performing project team in Adelaide, on a soon to commence Commonwealth project.
As a Site Administrator with Lendlease, you assist your team with financial administration, coordinating meetings, ordering supplies and stationery, as well as records management and document control, data entry and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with processing subcontractor, consultant, and supplier progress claims, invoices, and payments.
- Assisting project team with project financial management and monthly reporting.
- Records management, and document control.
- Data entry.
- Additional Ad hoc administration tasks as required.
