Responsibilities

THE ROLE & PROJECT

At the Duketon Gold Project in the Goldfields of Western Australia, we are looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role involves supporting the smooth operation, safety, and accountability of our mining activities at Duketon.
Working on an 8:6 roster, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our operations. You will have the support of a well-organized work site and a comfortable camp, providing you with a sense of care and security while you are away from home. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS:

  • Experience in a site-based administration position in the resources sector.
  • Experience across maintenance and production is preferred but not essential.
  • Roster management.
  • Data entry and preparation of reports.
  • Coordination of flights and accommodation.
  • Raise purchase requisitions.
  • Coordinate supplies – delivery to and from sites.
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  • Current WA driver’s licence.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Energetic fast learner.
