  • Provide critical admin support across our departnents
  • Be the face of our organisation for contractors and the client
    About the role

Bring your Site Administrative experience and skills and become a part of something exciting.

  • Provide general administrative support to departments inclusive of; reporting, data entry, scheduling, minute taking, filing and archiving documents as required
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors and employees, ensuring all site entry, compliance, and induction requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support upkeep of workforce management systems, safety databases, and operational planning tools.
  • Provide payroll administrative support as required
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for workers, contractors, and guests as required
  • Provide support for event planning, client meetings and management
  • General ad-hoc duties as required.

Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience on a mine site or heavy industry environment in an administrative capacity preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working with databases, workforce management systems, safety systems, and/or procurement platforms
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and document management, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence
