EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or dental office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems is essential.
