Description
  • Communicate with residents, contractors, and other on-site staff members
  • Customer focused - Respond to tenants’ phone calls, feedback, concerns, emails, and direct contact in a timely and professional manner, and forward any urgent matters to management immediately
  • Prepare Tenant notices and general correspondence
  • Prepare and track work orders & purchase orders
  • Create new tenant files
  • Assist with preparation of LTB legal forms, preparations and follow procedures
  • Assist with Account Receivable procedures including analysis, monitoring arrears, preparing notifications, demand & default notices and follow up
  • Prepare utility charge back correspondence
  • Keeping office organized and spreadsheets updated on regular basis
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi
  • Liaise with Property Managers
  • Serve as a support/back up for all things administrative as requested
  • Adhere to company standards and policies
  • Minimum 1+ years of residential and property management experience required
  • Experience and proven administrative background in leasing & management
  • Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
