Location : Site based ( Barston - Solihull )
Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 DOE and benefits
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Site Administrator to join our team in Solihull, playing a key role in the successful delivery of a newly secured £15 million project. This high-profile venture for one of our valued clients requires a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support the seamless execution of operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As part of the project delivery team, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations with a ‘right first time’ approach. This role offers both challenge and reward, requiring proactivity, strong organisation, and precision in meeting deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have worked within utilities or a similar industry
  • Have exceptional organisation skills.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and own initiative.
  • Be competent using MS Office packages
  • Always deliver excellent customer service
Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of internal business works management systems
  • Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, drawings etc.
  • Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
  • Document and revision control.
  • Drawing and revision control
  • Supporting and recording change control.
  • Office management and general clerical duties
  • Material receipt and recording
  • Supporting the Operational team with day-to-day activities
  • Building effective relationships with direct employees, sub-contractors and client companies
