POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Safety Administrative Assistant, you will provide full level support to the HSE department at a busy industrial construction site in Elkford BC

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Very high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and business machines
  • Computer skills, mainly good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Very organized
  • Very thorough and detail oriented
  • Experience in a construction field office or similar environment #LI-GH

Base Compensation: $28 - $33/hr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)

  • Perform basic clerical functions at the project site, which includes filing, copying, data entry, typing and compiling reports.
  • Recording data and updating databases
  • Updating project trackers
  • Printing and compiling packages and reports
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Strong grammar and spelling for reporting purposes
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Experience working in a safety team is preferred
