Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Seeking an experienced Site Administrator to be based onsite at our bulk earthworks project in the North West Region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a value-add role, someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced role and creating a good culture with Project and operational teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the Project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily data entry and consolidation of timesheets for plant and personnel
- Exception reports for plant and personnel – missing dockets/timesheets/pre-starts
- Raising requisitions/purchase orders
- Roster management
- Flights & Accommodation bookings
- Mobe/demobe of personnel and plant
- Maintenance of plant and equipment records – SMU hours, breakdowns, min hours etc
- Mid Month notifications to suppliers with reporting timeframes
- End of Month reconciliations for labour and plant suppliers
- End of Month cost reviews – open orders, unreconciled dockets, ledger reconciliations
- Supplier set up and compliance
- Data entry of timesheets into payroll system
- Creation of new Projects Teams folders and providing access to project members
- Creation of daily-prestart forms for project teams
- Creation of QR codes project personnel
- General administration
