Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Experienced Site Administrator to be based out of our Subiaco Office working on an 8 days on 6 days off roster on a fixed-term contract for a 9-month parental leave cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who would be keen to lace up the steel cap boots and get some on-the-ground site exposure!
This role will require travel to various sites during busy shutdown periods or as required to support our Asset Maintenance division. Any site travel would attract an additional allowance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and coordination services which support the Shutdown teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly labor data entry, generate progress reports and update tracking systems
  • Prepare, organize, and enter data of timesheets and project costings
  • Collate and present data for completed (and ongoing) works
  • Verify job and progress claims and convert to invoices
  • Update and maintain business records using Excel databases
  • Collate, data-log, submit and review weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies
  • Point of contact for client interaction/communications
  • Carry out high volume of directed purchasing duties across the business
  • High volume receipting of goods
  • Filing and record-keeping requirements
  • Maintain stationery and office consumables
  • Maintain registers and purchases of PPE for employees
  • Adhoc Duties within the Administrative and Accounts functions as requested by Managemen
