Our Cost and Operations Teams is now looking for a Site LEM Administrator / TA Support to assist with a Spring Turnaround at our Client site in Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB), just outside Fort McMurray. The opportunity is expected to be approximately 3-4 weeks in duration, with anticipated site mobilization early April 2025.

What will you be doing?

  • Reviewing and entering daily timesheets into the database and creating electronic LEMs (labor, equipment, material) daily, with significant focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Reconciling of Daily Reports against timesheets and support documentation.
  • Entering LEMs into clients billing system in alignment with project expectations and standards.
  • Answering client questions regarding LEMs/billings, corresponding with the operations team for information and clarification when necessary.
  • Maintaining hardcopy and electronic filing.
  • Developing and distributing client and internal reports on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Providing support, as requested, to the Operations Team.

We think you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a site-based event environment.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle high stress levels and tight deadlines while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet qualifications required for site access including Drug and Alcohol Screening which is provided.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidates local to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo/Fort McMurray are preferred.
