We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com About the Role As the Site Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Barrow Island Business Unit by providing high-quality administrative and clerical services. This is a FIFO role operating on a 14 days on / 14 days off roster, with 12-hour shifts from 5:30am to 5:30pm. Flying from Perth as a base to Barrow Island, with private accommodation, all meals, and transport to and from the base is provided. Your responsibilities will include coordinating travel and accommodation, managing rosters and timesheets, supporting payroll processes, and assisting the management team with various administrative tasks. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with view to extend. Key Responsibilities Coordinate travel and accommodation for BWI personnel Manage roster transitions and maintain accurate records Consolidate timesheet data and support payroll reporting Maintain and update Kronos system including variations and error management Provide administrative support to the BWI management team Maintain filing systems and contact lists Compile reports and correspondence Support training documentation and Workday processes Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Uphold HSE standards and contribute to a safe working environment What You’ll Bring Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Desirable: Experience with DaWinci system Qualifications & Licences: Relevant qualification or training in administration C Class Driver’s Licence National Police Clearance What We Offer FIFO from Perth base Private accommodation provided All meals and transport to/from base included Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to a high-performing operation What moves you?
