As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Site Administrator join our team! About the role As our Site Administrator, you will provide professional administrative support across a diverse range of project activities. You’ll be a central point of coordination for the project team, supporting travel, payroll, scheduling, documentation, onboarding and more. This is your chance to work in a dynamic site environment where no two days are the same. Your duties and responsibilities will include Coordinate visitor and employee travel, site access and accommodation. Prepare meeting minutes, agendas and internal communications. Maintain site rosters and assist with logistics, equipment, and inventory. Provide general office support including data entry, mail handling, and file management. Assist cross‑department coordination to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and on‑site activities. Support payroll administration processes. Your skills and experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role (site-based preferred). Strong computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. These may include a national criminal history check and a requirement for you to undergo pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screen.
